Stephen Hofmann, Managing Director 

In 1975 Stephen established the Credit Control Company, the forerunner of Credit Recruitment. He has worked both as a Credit Controller and trained Accountant, and has extensive knowledge of the New Zealand Credit and Finance industry. In addition to providing consulting and advice on credit issues, Stephen also facilitates training on Collection ‘Telephone Techniques’ (see our page on Training). He is a "Business in the Community" Mentor.

Rose Easter, Business & Personnel Manager

Rose brings years of experience in both Credit Management and Recruitment to her role. Her background includes employment in the Courts, Credit Control, Debt Collection, Recruitment and Sales. Rose is happy to provide advice and guidance to our many valued clients and candidates. Rose facilitates our 'Counting on Credit Control' training sessions (see our page on Training) and facilitates the Outplacement service that we provide when roles have been made redundant.

Mollie O’Brien, Office Manager

A vital member of our management team is Mollie, who cheerfully oversees payroll of all of us, including temp employees. Mollie is the first port of call for accounts queries. It would be hard to find someone better suited or equipped to do this job, as Mollie has been immersed in accounts for over 20 years.

Rita Hockey, Credit Consultant

The consulting division of our business provides a facility for credit control to be undertaken on a regular basis, without the overhead of employing a full-time employee. Working both in-house and at our clients' premises, Rita is our longest serving Credit Consultant. Her practical experience continues to make a measurable impact on the cash flow of the businesses that rely on her services.

Felicity Gibson, Recruitment Consultant – Temporary

Managing our pool of temps, Felicity is adept at finding someone who will ‘hit the ground running’ and enjoys looking for roles that our temps will find interesting. It’s a juggling act sometimes – finding the right person, in the right location, for the right length of time – but someone’s got to do it! And Felicity accepts the challenge daily.

Tracey Currie, Recruitment Coordinator

Supporting and contributing to the success and smooth running of the recruitment teams, Tracey coordinates all aspects of recruitment administration. Tracey conducts reference checking, types up candidate CV's so that they are presented to our clients in a consistent and tidy style, greets most visitors to our office, and administers candidate assessments. Tracey is the rock on which the rest of us stand!
