Telephone Techniques

One of the most important aspects of credit control and management is the method used when contacting your clients. Our Telephone Techniques Training programme will help motivate and instil confidence from which your employees and company will both benefit.

We offer a supply of full course notes which include tips and improvements to all facets of the credit control role - from the New Account Application form, right through to the Collection of Payment.

Our course is available either on a one-on-one basis or a group consultation. Either way, it involves two half days and we guarantee our technique with follow up consultation if required. We do not end the programme until we have sat with each participant and demonstrated our approach successfully and confidently.

Counting on Credit Control

 The training can be conducted on-site at your offices over two sessions, each of four (4) hours duration. There are numerous benefits to be gained in selecting our company to provide this instruction.

Prior to training, your manager and team member/s are invited to complete a ‘Training Gap Analysis’ which identifies the areas of greatest need. The session will be conducted one-to-one (or one-to-two), so as to provide a non-threatening environment and in order to maximise each individual’s participation.

1. Training is customised according to the training needs identified.
2. ‘Homework’ practice will be provided to enable participants to refine techniques.
3. The sessions will be fun.
4. The second session allows for reinforcement of the skills.
